Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high-volume transactional data into ERP systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of digital records with physical documentation
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
- Generate daily productivity reports using SQL and Excel dashboards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Identify and escalate data anomalies per SOP protocols
- Participate in quarterly data quality audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Ability to maintain 99.8% accuracy under minimal supervision
- Professional typing certification (50+ WPM with 98% accuracy)
- Strong problem-solving skills for exception handling
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
