Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets using proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLAs
- Generate daily reports and analytics for department heads
- Collaborate with offshore teams during transition periods
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM Central Time, 5 days per week
