- Process high-volume transactions and documentation within nightly deadlines
- Generate and distribute daily data reports with clear visualizations
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers and issue resolution
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management tools
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with data reconciliation processes
- Self-motivated with excellent time management for independent remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM EST
- Associates degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
