Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical business data in proprietary databases and CRM systems
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and error resolution to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions including invoices, customer records, and inventory logs
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and data integrity summaries for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and process improvements
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools to identify trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficient in typing 60+ WPM with 10-key by touch capability
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions)
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, Oracle, or Salesforce)
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies in large datasets
- Self-motivated with ability to maintain focus during night shift hours
- Associate degree in Data Management or related field preferred
