Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases with alphanumeric and numerical data
- Perform data validation, verification, and reconciliation across multiple systems
- Process high-volume transactions with strict attention to detail and error prevention
- Generate daily/weekly activity reports and performance metrics
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information handling
- Collaborate with day-shift teams during handover periods
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for data processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and database management tools
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills for data discrepancy resolution
- Available to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST (Monday-Friday)
