Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update client data across multiple platforms
- Process high-volume transactions with <98% accuracy standards
- Perform daily data audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and GDPR protocols
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack and virtual meetings
- Train on proprietary data management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10-key proficiency
- Proven ability to maintain 10,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
