- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy

- Collaborate with day shift teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
- Utilize specialized software for document scanning and OCR processing
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 55+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Strong attention to detail and error detection skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred
