Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential data across multiple digital platforms
- Perform daily reconciliation of records to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Utilize specialized software to process high-volume transactions with minimal errors
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality protocols
- Adhere to strict security protocols for handling sensitive client information
- Generate and submit daily progress reports with key performance metrics

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or clerical role
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
