Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Organize and merchandise stock to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Support store management with daily operations and special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for eager learners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
