Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at our flagship Reno showroom
- Manage remote digital storefront operations and online customer inquiries
- Process transactions, returns, and inventory management across physical and virtual channels
- Collaborate with marketing team on local promotions and social media engagement
- Maintain store visual standards and product displays
- Train on new retail technologies and omnichannel systems
- Support inventory audits and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn new technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Ability to work independently in remote setting while maintaining accountability
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid NV driver's license for occasional supply runs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and POS system knowledge
