Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Manage remote inventory systems and digital storefront operations during remote workdays
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with store team via digital platforms to coordinate promotions and visual merchandising
- Support e-commerce fulfillment by preparing online orders for shipment during in-store shifts
- Execute loss prevention procedures and maintain store safety standards
- Participate in virtual team meetings for performance reviews and training updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with digital tools (MS Office, inventory software, video conferencing)
- Ability to work independently during remote shifts with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-store shifts
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
