Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and digital payment platforms
- Provide exceptional in-person and remote customer support via phone/email for order inquiries
- Manage cash handling, refunds, and exchanges while maintaining strict accountability
- Assist with inventory management through digital tracking tools and physical stock checks
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and merchandise presentation both on-site and during virtual tours
- Collaborate with team members using remote communication tools for seamless operations
- Participate in virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier or retail experience preferred
