Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso and coffee beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a pristine environment, including the front of house, back of house, and all brewing equipment.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Assist in training new hires and supporting team members during high-volume periods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- Strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques, flavor profiles, and milk steaming.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes and reaching high shelves.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
