Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks and artisanal beverages using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm aloha spirit
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation standards in all stations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with remote team members on inventory management
- Develop innovative seasonal drink recipes
- Train new baristas on both in-person and remote protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista experience or equivalent coffee craft certification
- Proficiency with digital communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
- Valid Hawaii Food Handler's Permit
- Exceptional time management for hybrid work flexibility
- Ability to work independently during remote shifts
- Strong attention to detail in beverage presentation
- Flexibility to cover peak weekend hours in-store
- Basic inventory management skills
