Responsibilities
- Coordinate hybrid event logistics including virtual platform management and physical setup
- Lead on-site execution at Jacksonville venues (TIAA Field, VyStar Arena, etc.)
- Manage remote team members via digital communication tools
- Develop post-event analytics reports with hybrid engagement metrics
- Coordinate with vendors for both in-person and virtual components
- Implement safety protocols for hybrid attendee experiences
- Train staff on hybrid event technology and remote etiquette
Qualifications
- 3+ years event coordination experience with hybrid/virtual events
- Proficiency in virtual platforms (Zoom Events, Hopin, etc.)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication skills across digital channels
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Certification in Event Management (CMP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical troubleshooting
- Experience with Jacksonville venue regulations and permits
