Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment (AV, staging, lighting)
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and clients
- Manage crowd control and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with venue staff and event coordinators seamlessly
- Conduct pre-event equipment checks and post-event inventory
- Maintain professional appearance while representing Premier Event Staffing

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
