Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at our Buffalo café
- Manage online orders, digital reservations, and remote customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in coffee station and seating areas
- Upsell coffee merchandise and seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless café operations
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience preferred
- Expertise in espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Strong digital communication skills for remote support
- Ability to work 3-4 days weekly (2 remote, 2 in-person)
- ServSafe Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with POS systems and order management apps
- Passion for coffee and commitment to quality
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
