Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty beverages using premium remote brewing kits
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients to personalize coffee experiences
- Manage inventory and coordinate home delivery of premium coffee beans
- Lead virtual coffee tasting sessions and educational workshops
- Maintain pristine home brewing station with provided equipment
- Utilize digital POS systems for seamless remote transactions
- Collaborate with in-store team via virtual platforms for consistency
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills for virtual client interactions
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's Certificate
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
- Strong time management for remote scheduling and deliveries
- Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
