Responsibilities
- Set up/break down event infrastructure using company-provided equipment
- Manage guest flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Operate AV systems, registration kiosks, and event tech tools
- Provide exceptional guest service during concerts, conventions, and sports events
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event experiences
- Report maintenance issues for company-provided equipment
- Uphold brand standards across all client interactions
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays
- Basic tech literacy for operating provided equipment
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Ability to pass background check
