Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and via virtual consultations
- Manage remote inventory ordering and scheduling via cloud systems
- Contribute to social media content creation for coffee education
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in café environment
- Train new baristas through virtual and in-person modules
- Process online orders and virtual tastings remotely
Qualifications
- 1+ years coffee preparation experience or equivalent training
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Basic social media content creation skills
- Ability to work independently during remote shifts
- Excellent communication skills (in-person and virtual)
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work weekends/holidays (in-store)
- Valid Georgia food handler permit
