Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Manage online orders and customer communications via remote systems
- Operate POS systems and cash handling with 100% accuracy
- Maintain pristine hygiene and safety standards in all work areas
- Upsell bakery items and seasonal promotions
- Train new team members on coffee protocols and remote tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for inventory management
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista experience with espresso mastery
- Proficient with remote work tools (Slack, Trello, Zoom)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Passion for coffee culture and customer obsession
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's Permit
