Responsibilities
- Execute precise coffee brewing techniques for virtual orders using our proprietary at-home brewing kit
- Provide exceptional customer service through digital channels including video consultations and order management
- Manage inventory of remote brewing supplies and coordinate contactless deliveries
- Develop personalized coffee recommendations based on customer preferences and feedback
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your designated remote workstation
- Participate in virtual training sessions to stay updated on new brewing methods and products
- Collaborate with in-store team members to ensure consistent brand experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience or equivalent coffee expertise
- Proficient with digital communication tools and order management systems

- Exceptional time management and ability to work independently without supervision
- High-speed reliable internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace
