Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Manage inventory and order supplies through our remote inventory management system
- Develop digital content for our social media platforms showcasing new creations
- Collaborate with team members via virtual meetings to optimize operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the physical workspace
- Train new baristas through virtual training modules and in-person demonstrations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Proficiency in espresso machines, grinders, and brewing techniques
- Strong written communication skills for remote collaboration
- Comfortable using digital tools (Slack, inventory software, POS systems)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team cohesion
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
