Responsibilities
- Manage virtual switchboard operations during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM), including call routing, voicemail management, and video conference coordination
- Handle client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with exceptional professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate virtual appointments, scheduling, and calendar management across multiple departments
- Maintain digital documentation systems with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality protocols
- Assist with onboarding processes for new clients, including virtual tours and resource distribution
- Collaborate with global teams using Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor security systems and emergency protocols during evening shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or customer service experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with multilingual ability preferred
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced virtual environments using time management tools
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
