- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow handoffs
- Maintain secure digital documentation using encrypted platforms
- Adapt to evolving data requirements across multiple industry verticals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database software
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Basic understanding of database structure and data normalization
