Responsibilities
- Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients in Charlotte and remote regions, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Support Sales Goals: Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and explain our product benefits effectively.
- Handle Inquiries: Process customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Weekly Reporting: Update the team on client status, feedback, and any potential upsell opportunities.
- Flexible Scheduling: Adapt to various shift patterns, including weekend shifts for part-time candidates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service or sales support experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time or part-time, including weekends if applicable.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and access to a stable high-speed internet connection.
