Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' products and services.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless continuity of service and information transfer.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
