Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise-scale deployments
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical security architectures
- Conduct threat modeling for quantum attack vectors using AI simulation platforms
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across quantum hardware, AI, and cybersecurity divisions
- Author technical whitepapers on post-quantum security standards for NIST compliance
- Implement zero-trust frameworks with quantum key distribution (QKD) integration
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum security best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Cryptography with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in lattice-based cryptography and isogeny-based schemes
- Proficiency with quantum circuit design and error correction algorithms
- Published research in post-quantum cryptography (ACM/IEEE)
- Certification in AWS Quantum Technologies or equivalent cloud quantum platforms
- Experience with Shor's algorithm countermeasures and Grover's optimization techniques
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects across global teams
