Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Conduct advanced research on quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for next-generation AI systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations and circuit designs
- Lead cross-functional projects translating theoretical models into scalable quantum solutions
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development for proprietary quantum technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
