Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using 50+ qubit processors
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for enterprise clients
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature/Science) and present at IEEE conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate fidelity
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum computing innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience securing government or enterprise quantum computing contracts
