Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation

- Author peer-reviewed research and present findings at IEEE Quantum Week
- Optimize quantum hardware-software interfaces for 10x performance gains

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum gate-level programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum conferences
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
