Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy protocols using superconducting qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum error correction architectures
- Develop scalable quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation roadmap for 2026 quantum applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development using frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq
- Published record in quantum computing research (arXiv or peer-reviewed)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong programming skills in Python/C++ with low-level system optimization experience
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing hardware (e.g., D-Wave, IBM Q)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
