Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction, topological computing, or qubit architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and Python
- Publication record in Nature, Science, or IEEE Quantum journals
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control hardware
