Responsibilities

- Mentor a team of 5-7 quantum physicists and software engineers
- Secure $2M+ in annual research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to implement quantum solutions
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed publications annually in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE QC)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum hardware SDKs
