Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving >99.9% qubit stability
- Design hybrid quantum-classical APIs for enterprise integration
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and material science
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics principles
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing grants and partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware or software development
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting circuits
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Security clearance for government quantum projects (preferred)
