Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Develop error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Design quantum algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical interfaces
- Lead quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Present research findings at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years of experience in quantum circuit design or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
