Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into practical applications
- Research emerging quantum technologies and evaluate integration pathways
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption standards
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced hardware design
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Experience with superconducting, photonic, or trapped-ion qubit systems
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives from concept to deployment
