Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 100+ qubit systems by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead quantum error correction protocol implementation using topological qubit designs
- Create quantum software development frameworks compatible with existing cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with optimal connectivity
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Pioneer quantum machine learning models for pattern recognition in complex datasets
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubit systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of developing production-level quantum algorithms
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum computing platforms
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance systems
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into executable business strategies
