Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 commercial deployment milestones

- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, software engineers, and hardware specialists
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy quantum solutions in cryptography, materials science, and AI
- Author white papers and technical specifications for quantum computing roadmaps
- Secure $20M+ in research grants for quantum innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of quantum computing architecture or algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical-quantum interfaces
- Proven track record of leading quantum projects with measurable commercial impact
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
