Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate algorithms into practical implementations
- Lead quantum machine learning research for predictive analytics
- Publish findings in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior engineers and quantum computing interns
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
