Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum AI frameworks for next-gen computational systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks
- Optimize quantum circuit architectures for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Create fault-tolerant algorithms for quantum error correction systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor integration
- Document and publish research in leading quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and classical AI
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information
- Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams across physics, AI, and engineering
