Responsibilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Design error-correction protocols for quantum machine learning models
- Collaborate with physicists to implement quantum computing architectures
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and topological data analysis
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable production systems
- Publish findings in Nature/Science and contribute to open-source quantum-AI frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research into practical applications
