Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum cryptography and error correction
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier quantum computing and AI conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into quantum circuit implementations
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum open-source projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep expertise in quantum information theory and quantum error correction techniques
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
