Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud quantum platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to deployment
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
