Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for AI model optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum-enhanced machine learning pipelines
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence effects in real-time AI systems
- Architect secure quantum-encrypted data transmission protocols
- Create predictive models for quantum hardware scaling challenges
- Document breakthrough methodologies in peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing or advanced AI systems development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum AI integration
- Proficiency with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Experience with quantum hardware optimization (superconducting/ion trap systems)
