Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms tailored for hybrid classical-quantum workloads.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists and software engineers.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantum computing or advanced algorithm development.
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum services (AWS Braket, Google Cloud Quantum).
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
