Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise 2-4 dogs simultaneously in designated neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (water, treats, medication as prescribed)
- Maintain detailed logs of pet behavior and service delivery
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and client-specific instructions
- Build rapport with clients through exceptional communication
- Participate in ongoing training on animal behavior and first aid
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (transport required)
- Strong knowledge of canine behavior and handling techniques
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with data access
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Certification in pet first aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
