Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs (1-5 at a time) in designated Atlanta neighborhoods
- Administer medications and special care instructions as needed
- Provide real-time photo/video updates via our mobile app
- Maintain detailed activity logs for each dog (feeding, behavior, accidents)
- Transport dogs to/from veterinary appointments (occasional)
- Adapt walking routes based on weather and dog energy levels
- Build trust with pet parents through consistent communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet sitting experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional time management and punctuality
- Strong understanding of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Smartphone proficiency with photo/video capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk 5+ miles daily
- Positive attitude and love for all dog breeds/sizes
