Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in residential and urban areas of Minneapolis
- Provide feeding, hydration, and basic care during visits
- Monitor pet behavior and report health concerns to owners
- Maintain detailed digital activity logs via our mobile app
- Administer medications (with proper certification)
- Build rapport with clients and their beloved pets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and city leash laws
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pet First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability weekdays and weekends (flexible shifts)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Physical ability to handle large breeds in all weather
- Background check and drug screening required
