Responsibilities
- Safely walk 2-4 dogs at a time using provided equipment
- Monitor dogs' behavior and health during walks
- Provide detailed activity reports to pet owners
- Maintain cleanliness of provided gear and supplies
- Adapt walking routes to dogs' energy levels and preferences
- Administer basic care (treats, water) as directed
- Build trust-based relationships with dogs and owners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking experience
- Current pet first aid/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to meet clients
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Strong attention to safety protocols
